Join us for an intimate evening in the cider barn with dinner guest, acclaimed author Jason Wilson. Jason's book The Cider Revival: Dispatches From The Orchard, out September 3rd, details his journey across America to get an inside look at the people and the history behind the beverage. You'll get a signed copy of the book and an opportunity to chat with Jason about all manner of cider lore-- from the history of cider in America, to the characters in his book, to the question on all of our minds-- how he managed to get such an awesome job.

Enjoy a six course farm to table meal prepared by Brad Marshall of the Piggery and paired with selections from Eve's cider cellar.
