Seedlings is a blend of a little bit of all of the cider we made from wild foraged apples and pears as well as organically grown fruit from our own orchards. It was fermented with wild yeast in neutral barrels and matured on the lees.

At once earthy and floral, this cider is funky, tart, tannic, and bone dry. Fantastic for pairing with farmstead cheese. Serve at cellar temperature (not ice cold). This is a small format bottle - 500ml
