Pairing and Serving Cider

We envision a world where cider has a regular place at the American table. With more alcohol than beer and less than wine, cider fits nicely into the beverage spectrum. 

Though cider can be made in a range of styles, we believe the most expressive and versatile ciders are dry, with balanced structure and plenty of acidity.  Dry cider is a natural food pairing choice and an excellent aperitif.
