To walk it in the late fall after harvest is over, smelling the cold crisp air, the damp earth, the apples left behind…dried, sweet, rotting, is to experience a magic of a certain time and place: A fleeting moment, when time stands still, a memory which we hope to capture in a bottle of cider.
